The NFP Connect 12 week LEAD19 Mentor Program is for those working in the not-for-profit/charity sector to help you achieve success in your role and identify areas for improvement.
The program addresses current issue within the workplace where changes in structure, process and systems are hindering your staffs performance, and professional wellbeing needs a strong focus.
Whether you’re looking for an in house program or would like to send your staff to one of our programs. The sessions are fortnightly with a group of 5 others, also from the sector, around a meal that will allow you the opportunity to grow through discovering where you’re at and giving a vision for the future and where you want to go.
The mentoring program is a great place to share your ideas, struggles and goals with others that will be doing the same. We have the information and knowledge to share, and your group will be a safe place to grow to be the best you possible can be for your staff, organisations and clients.
You can do it as a team building exercise within your organisation or join a group and meet others in the industry.
